Finance Manager

Your new company
Hays are delighted to be working with a specialised SME service provider based in Birmingham City Centre who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a niche organisation with circa 6million T/O.

Your new role
You will report directly to the Financial Director and be supporting the overall finance function. This is a hands-on role, including full management accounts, month-end preparation, financial accounts and VAT. This would suit a Finalist/Qualified or Qualified by experience professional who is an experienced Finance Manager who is looking to develop their career towards Finance Director in circa 3 years.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified or Qualified by experience professional and have previous experience working in a SME organisation. You will also be able to commute to Birmingham City Centre with some flexibility. You will also be able to demonstrate management or leadership experience, particularly in change management. You must be ambitious, driven and be open to providing change for business.

What you'll get in return
This is an excellent opportunity to join a niche SME services provider based in Birmingham City Centre who are offering a competitive salary up to £55,000 with flexible working arrangements, 7% pension contribution, additional time off during Christmas and New Years and onsite parking.
