Head of Finance

Communicate have collaborated with a Real Estate Developer in their search for a Head of Finance. The firm continues to develop and complete new projects on an almost yearly basis. The role will require the ability to manage the core finance function alongside supporting decision making.

This Property firm owns a range of developments across London. In this role, you will take responsibility for the whole group’s accounts and oversee all P&L reconciliation.

Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for all finances across the business and act as a central figure in investor relations. You will also assist in developing and managing new funding relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading finance functions in SME environments. This role will be the next step for a candidate with excellent career trajectory and ambitions to take on an added degree of responsibility across functions.

Responsibilities Include:

• Consolidation of P&L, financial statements, cash flows
• Management of core finance function
• Preparation of management reports and annual budget Involvement in
• Development appraisals process

Qualifications / Experience Required:

• CIMA/ACA qualified with extensive PQE
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a management capacity
