Circa £650 per day outside IR35 (expenses and travel paid)

I have an immediate requirement for an Interim Site Financial Controller from a manufacturing discipline to support an SME manufacturing site within an hour of Krakow to deliver month end, provide the financial reporting for the group consolidation and meet local compliance requirements

This is a stand alone role supporting an experienced Site Operations Director as their finance business partner. The site is on and exciting growth trajectory and this role will be pivotal to supporting the delivery of a platform for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the financial month end.
• Financial reporting.
• Meet local compliance requirements.
• Provide support and bandwidth to deliver a clean audit.
• Business partner the Site Operations Director.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographical locations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, financial and management accounting.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in an international manufacturing operation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel between Poland and the UK.
