Join an independent school based in Epsom as their Director of Finance and Resources. This role will offer you the opportunity to oversee the running of the school’s financial and business affairs.

The Role:

As a pivotal member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Finance and Resources will:

• Hold responsibility for the leadership and management of the school’s resources
• Make a significant contribution to the strategic direction of the school
• Manage the legal, statutory and day-to-day financial obligations
• Oversee other support areas including Human Resources, Information Technology and Premises

About You:

• You’ll be a qualified accountant wanting to move into the education sector, with experience of working in a multi-faceted role
• Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
• You’ll be able to provide financial analysis and management information to support key business decisions

The Offer:

• Salary of up to £80,000 per annum
