Overall Responsibility for control of Accounts Dept Bank reconciliationCash flow forecastMonthly management accountsAccruals and prepaymentsInter-company accountsMaintenance of fixed asset register and depreciation calculationsPreparation of monthly payroll Maintenance of the Nominal Ledger, including reconciliationsOccasional cover of purchase ledger duties including monthly payment runWork with all areas of businessQuarterly VATProduction of year end accounts and year end fileMonthly Debtors reconciliationControl account reconciliationsBudgeting and forecasting KEY SKILLS/IT SKILLS·
Extensive management accounts experienceAbility to work with all departments across the businessVariance Analysis skillsAbility to plan ahead, prioritise and meet deadlinesEffective written and communication skillsAbility to make decisions and use judgementPayrollStrong excel skillsUse of Xero would be beneficial Qualified Accountant, CIMA, ACCA, AAT or QBE.
