Senior Accountant (Investment Business)

Your new company
Working in the UK Head office of a global business, this company have a long history of success as well a very robust business model and balance sheet. They are looking to hire a Senior Accountant and the position would suit someone with experience in the reporting team of a big business.

Your new role
The role is a broad position, focused on monthly reporting but also interaction with the financial planning and analysis team. Will involve conversion IFRS as well as multi-currency and intercompany reporting. You will sit with a team of 5 experienced professionals and report to the Head of Accounting in a largely remote role.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Timely and accurate production of monthly corporate reporting
• Working with auditors
• Research and apply IFRS accounting policy
• Ongoing analytical and project work
• Project accounting

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally come from a large business or a large scale business reporting to an international parent. It would be ideal if you are a qualified accountant from either ACA / ACCA backgrounds. The role would suit professionals capable of working with various stakeholders, working independently.
