Deliver the annual budget and re-forecasts for Capital and Opex Projects
Robustly analyse expenditure on a monthly basis and provide clear management summaries for senior stakeholders.
Reporting, budgeting, forecasting & analysis
Ensure capex reporting is accurate, working alongside Financial Accounting to ensure projects are accurately reported and accrued
Work with respective finance and business areas to understand risks & opportunities on capex / project plans
To provide financial support and guidance to your business partners on a wide range of ad hoc queries
To support the Project Management Office Function to ensure costs are accurately reported and accrued
To support and drive the business change agenda, continually seeking to improve processes
To work closely with HR to significantly improve our visibility of the overall resource levels of the business and provide clear reporting to senior management
Ad-hoc analysis as required and support of business partnering across all cost areas
