Financial Controller - creative design

An international creative design company are seeking a Financial Controller on an initial interim basis for c6 months. This role will sit outside IR35.

Reporting into the CFO, with regular interaction with Local MD and Founders, the main responsibilities include:

• Preparation of management accounts, group consolidation and board packs for one business in the UK and US.
• Weekly sales reporting by entity, liaising with local management teams to present outlook to board.
• Working closely with the production departments on project profitability and forecasting.
• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Managing the Assistant Management Accountant and Finance Assistant, expanding their knowledge and ensuring robust delivery.

The successful candidate will ideally be qualified with a passion about working in the creative sector, with a good understanding of professional services.
