FP&A Analyst

Β£60,000 - Β£65,000 + bonus & benefits
Hybrid working (3 office / 2 home split)

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in a global, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work. This role will report directly to the FP&A Manager and involve collaboration across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the FP&A team during peak periods, such as month-end and budgeting cycles.
- Support the commercial team with various reporting needs, including business plans and wholesale reports.
- Conduct weekly sales reporting, analyse variances, and provide clear explanations.
- Maintain and update reporting dashboards and tools to ensure accurate, timely data is available for internal stakeholders, aiding in data-driven decision-making.
- Respond to ad-hoc commercial requests from the FP&A team.
- Provide accurate insights and recommendations for improvement to management.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to additional responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and adhere to established processes.
- Experience working with multiple currencies.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Navision/Business Central.
- Fully qualified in ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Background in the luxury sector or wholesale is an advantage.
