Semi Senior Accountant in Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Accountancy Elite are very pleased to be partnered with one of our key clients in Sheffield on their search a Semi Senior accountant on a full time basis.

The successful candidate for this role would be someone with previous experience in tax computations, producing accounts ready for review and dealing with clients in a professional manner. They need to be proficient in using accounting software such as Xero and Digita.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Complete Self Assessment and Corporation Tax returns accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure their professional development.

Desired Skills:
3 years experience in a UK accountancy practice desirable (1 Year minimum).
Knowledge of Xero preferred.
Enthusiastic about delivering high–quality service to clients.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
Professional accounting qualifications such as AAT or part qualified ACCA.
