AUDIT & ACCOUNTS SENIOR – HIGH WYCOMBE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE – JOB REF: JO31228

Accountancy Elite are excited to be working with a very well–established, award–winning accountancy practice based in Buckinghamshire who serve businesses both nationally and internationally. This company are undergoing a period of rapid growth and are constantly looking to expand their team.

The perfect candidate for this role would be someone who is either ACA or ACCA qualified, however QBE candidates will definitely be considered along with those who are nearing completion of their qualifications. A minimum of 4 years experience in UK Accountancy Practice is necessary. This candidate should also have a good background preparing Statutory Accounts for a wide variety of companies along with having led Statutory Audits on behalf of clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Preparation of accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
Leading ISA–compliant Statutory Audits on behalf of clients.
Full involvement in planning stages of both accounting and audit assignments.
Training and supervising Junior members of staff to support their development.
Regular use of cloud–based accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks

Candidate Attributes:
Either ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE with 4 years UK practice experience at a minimum.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Good all–round team–working skills with the ability to manage own deadlines.
