A dynamic and growing tech company is seeking a talented Accountant to join their team as the Chief Accountant for their holding company and newly established subsidiary in the UK.

Your new role

• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, tax, and payroll matters.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities.
• Supervise the accountant responsible for the USA and Canada operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, tax compliance, and payroll processing.
• Establish and manage accounting processes for a new operating company.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic
