Finance Manager

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a property management business who are looking for an in–house Finance Manager to take on all the finance duties and streamline the company's budgets.

Duties:

• Responsible for the payroll across the business
• Be responsible for mortgage applications/loans
• Present the budgeting and forecasting to the Directors
• Ensure all financial obligations are met
• Financial reporting
• Liaise with Auditors

Desirable:

• Experience with the property industry
• Good Excel skills
• Strong communication skills

Salary:

• 40,000 – 60,000 DOE
