Duties:

• You will be conducting in–depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identifying key trends and drivers influencing both current outcomes and future projections
• You will simplify financial concepts for non–finance staff, empowering managers to understand their accounts and build effective strategies through strong collaborative relationships
• You will Support in decision–making by performing ad hoc analyses and contributing to various projects as needed
• Posting journals in the finance system to ensure accurate record–keeping
• Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly KPI reports
• Potentially traveling to site across the midlands offers on–site support
• Participating in budget preparation and processing activities
• Assisting in the annual year–end audit process
• Producing various ad hoc reports to meet the needs of the business

Requirements:

• You must be part–qualified in AAT, ACCA, or CIMA
• Proficient in Excel with a strong eye for detail
• Self–driven and confident in working independently
• Committed to improving the finance function and contributing to broader business success
