Operation Accountant Assistant

Reporting to the Operational Accounting Manager, the Operational Accountant Assistant will be responsible for Operational Accounting reconciliations and manual journals.

WORK RELATIONSHIPS
The Operational Accountant Assistant works closely with other members of operational accounting daily regarding journals and reconciliations. They will work closely with the wider Finance team answering queries and providing ad-hoc reports and all other departments answering queries in relation to the reconciliations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Foreign language skills:
* None required

Professional qualifications, vocational training, education level:
* Part qualified accountant desirable but not essential if QBE

Previous experience required:
* Understanding of basic accounting principles is essential.
* Experience of accounting reconciliation is essential.
* Experience of SAP desirable
Personal characteristics required:
* Numerate and Analytical
* Autonomous
* Organised
* Able to communicate well with all levels of personnel.
* Flexible
* Able to work to deadlines.
