Who we’re looking for:

We’re seeking an accomplished professional with:

• Full qualification as an Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Demonstrated success delivering commercial financial advice, financial modelling, and strategic decision support.
• Expertise in development finance, ideally within real estate, and experience managing large-scale development portfolios.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills.
• Advanced analytical and financial expertise, with top-tier Excel modelling skills.
