James Stevens Associates are delighted to be working with a Small Housing / Charitable in West London provider that are now looking for an Interim Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to join them during a busy period.

Contract outline:

• Daily rate GBP400 – GBP500 per day (Inside IR35 / we can arrange Umbrella company set up for you)
• Initial 3 months contract (strong possibility of extending the contract for the right candidate)
• Immediate start
• Office Location– Ealing
• Hybrid working experience – role is only 1/2 days in the office.

Ideal experience:

• Year– end Experience recent experience of drafting RP financial statements including schedules and dealing with auditors
• Experience of preparing accurate Management Accounts and related narrative reports
• New system implementation experience (optional)
• Quick learner or someone with Quick Books experience
• VAT, Corporation Tax and CIS experience
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Broad Housing Sector Experience. 5–10 years please
• Proactive and self–starter
