The Company: Global Alternative Manager

The Location: West End

The Role: Deputy Corporate Controller

A Global Alternative Manager based across the US and London is at scaleup stage adding to their London offices. Reporting directly into the FC within a finance function of 4, they are looking for a "second jobber" or someone 6 - 18 months post qualification who wishes to expedite their career, learning off of the FC and CFO. Broad role with exposure across all finance areas.

The Responsibilities:

• Review of management accounting packs
• Assistance in internal and external audit processes
• Assistance in Regulatory reporting
• Assistance with corporate tax, and other tax reporting (in conjunction with the Head of Tax)
• Accounts payable process oversight for the management companies
• Day to day management of the Accounts payable person
• Management of the Accounts payable automated process

The Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant ideally with 1-2 Years PQE
• Strong across management accounting preparation
• Experience working with or within an Alternative investment manager
• Self-starter, ambitious, capable of multi-tasking across broad areas within the finance function
