Finance Manager

My client, a very welcoming and growing worldwide manufacturer is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to compliment their existing team.

Reporting to the Senior Lead, the Finance Manager will manage a small team and will be responsible for producing high quality management and statutory financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the AP/AR team, (4 people) to ensure suppliers are paid according to terms and supplier statements reconciled

· Oversee all treasury functions including cash allocation and bank reconciliations

· Posting of journals to support high quality financial reporting

· Completion of month end group reporting to overseas parent company

· Assist in production of statutory accounts for all UK companies (including Audit work)

· Support with the production of ONS and VAT reporting

· Maintain balance sheet reconciliations

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant or QBE considered
• Prior experience of managing and working in a manufacturing organisation (desirable)
• Strong Excel skills
