KC Group are working with a leading PE-backed business in the Cheshire area, who have a newly created opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their growing finance team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key part in enhancing their customers' experience by driving financial process improvements, managing costs, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team
- Supplier and charge-related cost management
- Oversee financial aspects of the implementation process.
- Lead process improvements and data standardisation initiatives.
- Develop performance metrics to monitor costs and supplier efficiency
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to optimise profitability and customer experience
- Collaborate with European teams to assess and enhance partner performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Part Qualified or Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and data analysis skills.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
