Our retained client in Manchester City Centre is looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant
This is an exciting opportunity that will best suit a hands-on person who is hungry for a new challenge and opportunities. You will be well supported in the role to assist with your training and development whilst being part of a fast moving, growth driven business.
Core Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Processing external purchase ledger Invoices for the various companies this includes receiving Invoices via various forms of delivery and processing Invoices in Xero
- Daily Cash book posting in Xero including Purchase Ledger payments, Sales receipts and other transactions
- Submitting Supplier Payments through the bank portal
- Supplier Statement reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers and answering payment queries
- Sending remittance advice to suppliers
- Sales Ledger processes including creating and sending Customer Invoices, sending Customer statements, credit control and general Debtor’s ledger Management
- Inter-company invoicing
- Liaising with internal team to ensure Sales Invoices are sent out in a timely manner and in accordance with any agreements
- Recharge Invoicing ensuring that third party costs are captured, reported and recovered from Clients this includes liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Mid-Week Update of Daily Cash
- Updating actuals in the cash flow forecasts
- Ad-Hoc administrative tasks
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
