Our Cheshire based client is excited to come to the market and recruit a role which will give the successful Financial Controller, a broad and commercially challenging role which will make this a career defining move, into an organisation which had a great 2025, a fantastic project for 2025 / 2026
The Role
My client is looking for a highly commercial Finance Director who will marry up the FP&A function while also Finance Business Partnering the sales and operations teams around Budget v’s Spend, Target to Actual, etc.
You will also support stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Creativity teams. This is a true interface role, where you will enjoy full autonomy in the commercial engagement of Finance, while managing the full portfolio budgets. Revenues, cash management and return on investment are key in this role, and you will enjoy an integral part of the senior management team, as they look to marry up all and reinvest.

- Budgeting and Forecasting for 2025 forward
- 3 & 5 year plans for future trends
- Cost rationalisation and Budgeting
- Business Strategy - Identifying area’s of growth through organic and acquisition
- Appraisal and Analysis of Commercial Contracts
Your Profile
- Qualified Accountant, ACA, CIMA or ACCA
- Excellent Communication skills and experience of working in a highly communicative environment. Experience of tailoring financial information to specific audience will be of real benefit.
- £85,000 - £98,000 Salary
- Generous Bonus
