Assistant Treasurer

HW Finance is currently recruiting for an Assistant Treasurer. Across the Treasury function, the transformation continues with this evolving business, which paves the way for some excellent career development.

With the implementation of a new treasury system coupled with a new cloud based forecasting platform, you will play a vital role in managing  Treasury Systems & Projects.

In the role you will be:

• Support the Group Treasurer manage capital market efforts that allow for efficient capital structure and enable growth.
• Deliver Systems and Projects to optimise the treasury function.
• Hedging and related funding structures for the business.
• Develop and implement efficient operational in-country bank structures 
• Management of the Group’s global guarantees

This is a great chance for someone who is looking for a number 2 role in Treasury, working closely with the Group Treasurer.

You will ideally have:

• 5 years+ treasury/banking experience
• Qualified accountant – ACT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Strong understanding of treasury markets & products - including transactional banking, cash management and liquidity, foreign exchange risk management.
