A leading UK listed tech company is searching for a technically strong ACA/ACCA to lead across all PLC reporting over year-end.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be:
- Overseeing the audit process and year-end reporting
- Prepare consolidated group accounts under IFRS
- Lead across all technical accounting queries and application of IFRS
- Manage the statutory accounts of subsidiaries across EMEA and APAC
What you'll need to succeed
As a fully qualified ACA/ACCA with an audit background, you will have vast experience of overseeing an audit and producing financial statements within a listed group. As the technical expert, you will be particularly strong at applying IFRS standards in a fast environment. An interest in high-growth technology businesses would be a big plus!
