Financial Controller, Growing Manufacturing / Technology Business - ACA, CIMA  or ACCA qualified

£70,000 - £78,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus

Based: South West London  (hybrid role -2/3 days per week in office)

An established and innovative manufacturing business that is now in search of an ACA, CIMA  or ACCA qualified Financial Controller to help manage the day to day activities of the finance team and to help guide the business through a period of accelerated growth within their specialist market.

Financial Controller - About the role

 You will ensure the finance team provides timely and accurate financial information covering all areas of the business. duties will include:

• Ownership of the month end reporting process
• Develop appropriate financial controls and improve financial processes across the business
• Provide timely and accurate internal and external reporting
• Ensure statutory requirements are met for all UK and international territories
• Manage the external audit process
• Assisting the Group FD in ad hoc project work
• Develop strong relationships across the whole business to enable more accurate reporting
• Manage a small team and oversee the day to day operations of the group reporting team
• Liaise and challenge key decision makers across the business 

 Financial Controller - Candidate requirements:

• Degree educated, ideally with an ACA / ACCA / CIMA accounting qualification
• 6 -10 years of proven finance experience 
• Previous experience of managing a small team
• Previous experience in a manufacturing multiple territory business highly advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop sound working relationships with all levels of staff
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Willing to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
