Senior Accountant

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded Leading firm of Chartered Accountants with the recruitment of an ambitious, ACCA/ACA qualified Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Firm in Sheffield, who have grown well over recent years, expanding their client base.

The successful candidate will be Newly Qualified ACCA/ACA looking for a new challenge. This role is perfect for candidates looking for a move into a medium-sized firm. The ideal candidate will be confident in a client-facing role, and have strong accounts preparation experience.

Responsibilities will include:

* Preparing and reviewing accounts for a range of SME clients, closely supporting one of the directors
* Leading on client audits
* Preparing tax computations
* Supporting with all aspects of the audit process from planning stage through to client review meetings
* Feeding back to partners of the Firm
* Manage Junior members of the team and providing guidance where necessary
* Effectively delegate work whilst supporting the further development of team members
* Drafting Reports
* Act as a key contact for colleagues and clients

Elevation would be keen to speak to individuals with the following skills and experiences:

* ACCA/ACA Qualified
* A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a Professional Practice Environment
