FP&A Manager

A FTSE 100 Technology business is looking for a FP&A Manager to take on a high profile, projects based role across a global remit. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong internal network across the organisation, drive digitisation & automation of processes and gain brilliant senior level exposure (CFO and other C-Suite executives along with various heads of department).

Within this role, the FP&A Manager will take ownership of a number of global improvement projects focused on driving the digitisation & automation of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes as well as implementing new digital tools (such as Tableau) to 'bring finance to life' for the business. This will involve significant business partnering across multiple lines of business and multiple countries so first rate communication skills are essential.

The future of finance is digital. Therefore this is an invaluable skill set to develop and will allow the incumbent to accelerate their career and progress quickly in the coming years.

The ideal profile would be a Big Four trained ACA with 4-5 years of transferable post-qualified experience in industry. Existing experience of process improvement, systems implementations or use of digital tools would be beneficial but not essential. The client is simply looking for someone with a positive attitude & approach and a 'can do' mind set.
