Finance Manager - Property/House Builder
£50,000 - £55,000, Car Allowance, Bonus, Pension plus Benefits

Hamilton Woods Associates Qualified Division is recruiting for a dynamic and growing construction business that is looking for a Finance Manager to join their rapidly growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver robust and accurate Monthly Management Accounts to timetable and ensure adherence to accounting policy and procedures.
- Develop effective procedures and reporting processes.
- Provide clear variance reports, bridges and risk analysis supported by clear commentary.
- Ensure robust and accurate monthly reconciliations are carried out in line with company requirements.
- Provide accurate weekly cash forecasts.
- Review actual marketing spend and working with the Sales Director to review forecast spend to ensure an accurate forecast.
- Ensure accurate overhead forecasting.
- Viewed as a trusted financial expert by the regional team.
- Working with Senior leaders develop an excellent Regional Finance Team
- Working with FD / FC ensure that a robust, risk-balanced, and achievable 5-year business plan is prepared and submitted to timetable.
- Prepare monthly profit and cash forecast to timetable.
- Provide clear reporting on sales prices and costs to underpin the regional culture of maximising individual site profitability and supporting blended margin profit recognition.
- Produce information to support monthly full site life reviews and quarterly sales prices reviews.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- ***Must have Property - Construction sector / House Building experience already.***
- CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
- Graduate-level qualification or equivalent
- Team Management experience, ability to demonstrate development and nurturing of team
- Technical and Commercial acumen
- Experience in transforming manual processes to automated
- Highly IT literate
- Analytical mind-set
