FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager | London | From £70,000 - £80,000 + annum + benefits including bonus scheme | Business Services / Consultancy Services

Due to continued growth, the FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in supporting commercial teams by helping to shape the strategic direction, monitoring business performance and consolidating results.

FP&A Manager Responsibilities: 

• Supporting senior Group stakeholders via the accurate interpretation of financial data to drive growth
• Drive data driven process improvement initiatives to support both strategic and operational decision making
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activity including correcting variances
• Consolidate regional results for senior management consumption
• Develop and tweak financial models to support long range plans
• Deliver robust, step change improvements to financial reporting

   

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Outstanding academic record of achievement
• Strong business partnering experience ideally from within a complex, matrix environment - financial or professional services advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel skills (Macros, VBA, data manipulation)
• Emotionally intelligent - ability to challenge stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
