This is an ideal role for someone ACA or ACCA fully qualified who has several years financial accounting; statutory accounts, VAT and business partnering experience, working with heads of department, variance analysis, management reporting and board packs.

This Finance Manager role is an ideal role for someone ACA or ACCA fully qualified who has several years financial accounting, statutory accounting, VAT, audit and business partnering experience; working with heads of departments, variance analysis and monthly management reporting.
The Role:
This Financial Reporting Manager based in Watford, will report to the Financial Controller and is a varied role, responsible for:
- Preparing Board Pack and monthly financial Management Information
- Business partnering across functions e. marketing, operations and IT
- Cost control management
- Cash flow forecasting
- Managing financial systems/policies
- Full balance sheet reconciliations
- Calculation, presentation and payment of VAT
- Drive month end close and process efficiency
- Lead audit and ensure deliverable's are on time
- Prepare stat accounts and analysis along with the Financial Controller
- VAT returns, Corporation Tax analysis
- Business Partnering with stakeholders across the business offering support and challenge
- Manage and support a Management Accountant and aid in their development and progression
Profile:
We are seeking an experienced ACA or ACCA fully qualified accountant with good financial accounting and business partnering, management reporting & cash flow experience.
On Offer:
A highly competitive salary of circa £55,000 - 65,000 dependant on qualification and experience and benefits package.
